To more seamlessly maintain electronic delivery and move to the new on-line access site, the following steps must be followed between July 26 to July 31, 2025. If not followed during this time, clients will need to re-enroll for online access and will receive July statements in paper rather than electronically.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will try to make this as easy as possible. As the time draws near, we will email these instructions to on-line users and be available for calls to answer questions.
As a reminder, to access the current account website, please click on TradePMR at the top of www.schenkelberg.investments.
On July 23, 2025, TradePMR will be implementing a change that will offer more convenience when viewing your investment accounts online.
Online account access will move to a new website that has additional security features like multi-factor authentication, biometrics for eligible mobile devices, fraud detection, mobile deposit, and debit/credit card management.
New Online Access – Instructions for updating
- On July 26, 2025, visiting the previous online website will automatically redirect you to the new website to re-enroll in your online access.
- Click “enroll” and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the reenrollment process through Wells Fargo Online. This process should take less than 10 minutes to complete.
- Review and accept the Wells Fargo Online® Access Agreement, accept exchange subscriber agreements, and set your document delivery preferences.
- Upon enrollment, you will be directed to the new Access Online site through TradePMR.
Once your new online access is established, you may do the following:
- Update any browser bookmarks or shortcuts saved to the previous login page with the new web address.
- If you have an existing Wells Fargo online account (i.e., checking, mortgage, brokerage, etc.), your TradePMR brokerage accounts will automatically be added to your user ID and online experience when you log in on July 26.
- You must re-enroll by July 31 to the new Access Online site to maintain your electronic document delivery preferences (if applicable). This includes existing Wells Fargo online users, as you must login between July 26 and July 31 and agree to the online delivery of your TradePMR brokerage statements.
- Once re-enrolled, you will also be able to access your accounts on the Wells Fargo application from your mobile device.
Note: Beginning Friday, July 25, at 9:00 PM ET and continuing until 6:00 AM ET on Saturday, July 26, Access Online will be unavailable while technology support teams complete website updates. The new website will be available after 6:00 AM ET on Saturday, July 26.
