Amy has been in the financial industry since 2005. A native of Columbus, NE, she earned a double major in Business Administration and Mathematics from the University of Nebraska–Kearney. After college, she began her career at Shell Oil in Houston before returning to Omaha in 2005 to transition into financial services. Her experience includes roles at a large life and variable annuity company, a third-party money manager, and a local wealth management firm.

Amy has been married to her husband, Mark, since 2007, and together they have two daughters, Ella and Lanie. Their family enjoys traveling, spending time together, and supporting their daughters in softball, volleyball, and swimming. Their goldendoodle, Gus, adds plenty of laughter to their home.
